Joan would be delighted to meet with book clubs/groups in person (if feasible) or online via Skype, Google hangouts, ZOOM or wherever you'd like to meet.

Note that because she makes her livelihood as an author, donations for her time are much appreciated (the average book group donates roughly $20 per member, more or less, but donations are entirely voluntary and won't affect Joan's willingness to join you).
